Best Recipe For Ham & Cheese Rolls

Ok Linkedin family:

After Thanksgiving (USA Holiday), if you have leftover ham....Our top family chef, My wife Mary, makes these awesome Ham & Cheese Rolls. They are a bit decadent, but so tasty. Seriously, these are easy to make and kids and adults both love these:

Ham and Cheese Rolls Recipe: Serves 6-12

1 dozen brown and serve rolls

sliced deli ham, about 3/4 pound. (we use honey baked ham co.)

Sliced swiss cheese (3/4 pound)

mix together and melt in a small saucepan:

1 stick butter or margarine melted (we use real butter)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire (inglais en espanol)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Slice rolls in half, assemble with ham & cheese and put into 9 by 12 inch casserole dish (look like mini sandwiches). Pour above mixture over top of rolls. Sprinkle with poppy seeds (not totally necessary, but if you have them...). Cover with foil overnight. Next day bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake 5-7 minutes more.

My only suggestion, if you make these, make two or three times what you think you need because your family will eat these for the next couple of days. They are awesome!

Hope you enjoy...if you make these simple things....let me know what you think. If you don't eat ham.....sorry......

I totally agree with the brown sugar... and to top it off, add a little shake of Parmesan Cheese on the top before they cook. Yum! So good!
