I've run a few marathon's in my day, but the last one was 10 years ago and I swore I'd never run another. But I always reserve the right to change my mind...
Last April as I watched the bombing at the Boston Marathon, I said to myself that I think I need to run Boston next year. Earlier this year I saw a tweet from my friend Brad Feld that he was running the Boston Marathon with Dick Costolo and Kevin and Elizabeth Weil and a bunch of other folks for a great cause. I'd never qualify for Boston with my time, but I was able to join the Team in Training and now I'm running 26.2 miles on April 21 and raising money for a great cause.

I lost a cousin, Eddie "Butch" Servov, to Leukemia when we were both very young, and I've seen too many cancers of all kinds affect family and friends over the years.
So I'd truly appreciate your support of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s (LLS) Team In Training. Please make a donation in support of my efforts with Team In Training and help advance the research for cures.
Thanks!
Chris
PS - The goal of the broader Lukemia and Lymphoma Society Team in Training fundraising for this Boston Marathon is $1.25 Million - every bit helps!

Any time a person does bad things there are millions of good things happening at the same exact moment! Always take the high road, yes sometimes it is rough! But, I wouldn't want to trade shoes for all the money in the world to be a bad, greedy or crooked person who preys on others! Our world or island in our universe deserves better Reach out and give a hand up not a push down!
