The 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions
On June 11, 2021 the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (generally referred to as ISDA) published the 2021 ISDA Interest Rate Derivatives Definitions. These definitions are intended to update and replace the 2006 ISDA Interest Rate Definitions, which are used as a framework and standardized set of terms for the documentation of interest rate derivatives transactions. The 2021 Definitions include a number of substantive updates, which are intended to respond to a number of significant events that have occurred since the 2006 Definitions were first published. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about this subject.
