2021 Reflections and Gratitude

2021 Reflections and Gratitude

Last week, all of us at lululemon joined together virtually for our final global Town Hall of 2021 to reflect on all that we created and achieved through another extraordinary year. Though it’s impossible to capture the full scope of outstanding work across our global collective, I wanted to share some of the key moments we celebrated, and recognize the immense vision, innovation, and passion of our people that drives our organization forward and inspires me every day.

  • Our People: The heart of everything we do. With dozens of new store openings, thousands of new team members in our DCs, GECs, Stores, and SSCs around the world (including in Bangalore, India with the launch of our new tech hub), and amazing new Ambassadors who share our passion and values, our growth is a testament to the talent and drive of our people.
  • IDEA and Our Impact: I am incredibly proud of the passion and commitment behind our work to drive meaningful change in the world. We continued to live into our IDEA commitments, growing our global team and accelerating programs to become a more inclusive and diverse company. We also published our first-ever Impact Report, launched our Centre for Social Impact, established partnerships for powerful raw material innovation, and piloted our Like New resale program in California and Texas.
  • Our Product: From introducing cutting-edge innovations like the Take Form Mat and Air Support Bra, to announcing our multi-year Team Canada partnership, to launching MIRROR in Canada, our teams brought so many incredible products and experiences to life – and continued to exceed even our own expectations, as demonstrated by our quarterly results.

Thank you to everyone on this journey with us. As we look back on 2021 with gratitude, I know we have so much to look forward to in 2022.

This is a great post Calvin. Love "gratitude." Need to be done all the time but sometimes are hard to practice.
