As we celebrate 17 years since the founding of this organization, I reflect on what an incredible journey it has been. We have established the premier executive networking organization in the DFW area, facilitating hundreds of job placements, board appointments, corporate partnerships, and lasting friendships. As we look to the new year, change is on the horizon, and it’s time to elevate our mission. 

At Executive Connection, we have always maintained a mission that differentiates us from other event organizations. While many seek to expand their membership count, our focus lies in ensuring high-quality membership. As we enter 2025 and beyond, our goal is to enhance quality, exclusivity, value, and growth. We are excited to announce several positive changes that will enhance our organization. To be the premier executive organization in DFW, we must consistently uphold higher standards. Here are the new changes being implemented immediately.

NEW CHANGES INCLUDE:

Membership requirements:

 Membership is only available to the following job titles:

• Chairman
• Board member
• CXO
• VP+ level

 Minimum company revenue requirements:

• Current company’s annual revenues in excess of $250 million. 
• No start ups
• No non-profits
• No exceptions

Guest Policies:

• Guests MUST fit the membership requirements to attend.
• Absolutely no sales, business development or consultant-related guests are permitted. 
• No exceptions
