The 3 Key Ingredients for a TTT that works

The 3 Key Ingredients for a TTT that works

🤯 Ever thought how training just one person can spark a cascade like dominos falling? Or as we call it, the Domino Effect! 🤯

In #TrainTheTrainer programs, the impact of this effect is clear. Train one individual, and you initiate a ripple. That person educates others, who then go on to teach even more.

For instance, we've trained more than 1.500 facilitators, L&D, HR, and HRBP people spanning 140 countries across Europe, the USA, and Asia. If you do the maths, considering each of those trainers taught at least 100 more individuals, the reach is astounding! Honestly, we've lost count.

From our journey, when scouting for a Train The Trainer (TTT) program, ensure it ticks these three boxes:

💡Plenty of space for a dry run of the learning content they will train

💡Room for the trainers to boost their Presence to inspire Trust and Authority.

💡Ways to deal with Difficult Participants

Nice insights! I myself am a trainer and also conduct a TTT program. Alongside with dealing with difficult participant stands the challenge of engaging participants during online sessions. So I found useful to add on the checklist ways to generate a relevant experience that drives engagement from participants and also motivate them to call for actions after the training is over.
