Don’t get me wrong, getting in shape is a great thing for your health. That’s awesome. Fitness and getting fit can absolutely be a strategy you use in reaching your weight loss goals but, it’s not required.
The saying that weight loss is 80% food and 20% activity is not a saying- it’s fact. Actually, you can reach your goals without any exercise at all if you want. For me, this was important for me to prove, to myself. I didn’t and still don’t want to be a gym rat and…I’m not gonna pose in leotards and muscle shirts to show off my ‘guns’. I just want to live longer and reduce my chances of dying some miserably drawn out, painful process. If I’m being completely honest, if I absolutely must take drugs for the last 10 years of my life, please God, bring back Timothy Leary and let’s hallucinate at the same time.

You CAN eat whatever you want. And still lose weight. In fact, if we fudge a bit on secret #2, we can eat whatever we want and lose fat weight, not just any weight.
