3 Steps To Beating Unemployment In Early 2021

Beating unemployment in early 2021 is possible for anyone, no matter how your job search has gone in the past, even during a bad job market.

When you want to make big changes in your results, you need to change your strategy. Doing the same things, or only making small changes will bring you the same results ... a long frustrating job search that risks your finances.

You're probably willing to make changes in order to make big changes to your job search outcomes, but you don't know what to change.

Some job seekers will learn how to make these resume/job search changes, and will see vastly better results, finding a job in early 2021. Others will view these steps as too extreme, too difficult, or too time consuming: These candidates will continue to struggle, risk their finances, and blame the economy for their poor results.

Here are 3 steps that will start changing your resume and job search strategy, so you can beat unemployment quickly:

  1. Drastically Improve Your Resume: Your resume might be good, but it's not good enough. It may show that you're qualified, but that's too low of a target. When you compete against so many other qualified candidates for every interview spot, your resume needs to be head-and-shoulders above other job seekers. Most resumes are just average, including DIY, those written by outplacement, most resume writers, and resumes based on advice from most career coaches/authors.
  2. Drastically Improve Your Job Search Strategy: Stop applying for jobs online or networking after jobs have already been posted - The odds of landing a job you applied online are shockingly low. Instead, change your job search strategy to the same process that hiring managers use to select 80% of their new hires, to radically improve your odds of success.
  3. Gain Every Advantage: Heavily customize each resume, use better information than your competition, create a first impression that makes employers need to speak to you, focus your resume on impact instead of responsibilities.

Why not learn how to make these changes to your job search, along with others that will speed your search? I'll teach you the exact resume/job search strategies designed to make your job search go much more quickly, especially if you're unemployed. While we're at it, I can teach you how to turn your job search around, making it so fast that you can beat unemployment in early 2021.

This is the 3rd recession I've recruited/coached through, so I've seen first hand what resume and job search strategies succeed for job seekers during recessions. I've also seen mistakes candidates make, causing their recession job searches to fail. I've been through this before and know what works and what doesn't.

That's why numerous job seekers who work with me have already gotten job offers this March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December, January and February - every week since mid-March.

As a top national recruiter who reads hundreds of resumes per day, who has helped hundreds of thousands of candidates in their job search, and seen thousands of employers' job search processes from the inside, I've got a different perspective than most career coaches.

I see that most job seekers do essentially the same things, even when they think they are job searching differently. I also see most job seekers were taught search methods that eliminate them from consideration, because they conflict with the employer's hiring process.

But I've been teaching job seekers to overcome unemployment for 13+ years by using non-traditional resume/job search strategies that demonstrate impact rather than just being average. I'll show you how to beat unemployment (even if you're over 40 or have other job search challenges) and find a job by year end by understanding employers' point of view and hiring processes ... and using this understanding to beat your competition.

(I'm not just a career coach. I've also been a top national recruiter for the last 16+ years ... so you'll get advice from an insider's point of view.)

Let me show you what you can do now to change your job search and resume so you can find a job fast, even if you're between jobs, over 40, trying to change careers/industry/location, if your industry is in decline/consolidation, trying to overcome long term career gaps, family leave, find a remote job, turnaround your job search or other tough to solve job search problems.
