We all know how hectic Christmas week can be for some with so much do and rushing around which creates stress in the mind body and soul.
Time pressure, family pressure with everyone on they same wavelength for some families with the need to buy gifts and to visit stores if you buy in shopping malls and this can create so much negative energy and thus lose the joy of the spirit of Christmas which should be a week of going with flow.
For some people they just want to get it over and done with and for some it is an opportunity to raise there vibrations and the memory of past experiences brings them so much to look forward till the day itself.
SO 3 WAYS TO DE-STRESS FOR THOSE DURING CHRISTMAS WEEK ARE:
MEDITATION - Yes we all may know it however find a meditation practice that works for you and for 5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes in the evening, find time for you to release and let go.
WRITE A TO DO LIST - This can do wonders to ease the pressure and ticking off a to do list 1 by 1 will make your week more easier instead of having to memorize things in your mind.
VISUALIZE - Yes visualize the end result of how you want the week to plan out and trust your subconscious mind to guide you into your conscious awareness.
So if you feel like this week can overtake your mind body and soul, then make sure that you follow the 3 ways or find a way that brings you back to oneness.
