Massive changes start from within and signal outward

While strategic consulting is a fancy term for business acupuncture that's focused on the networked culture and flows within your work and space, most people focus on the wrong metrics to assess and analyze success to death. MASSIVE change is magnetized by YOU and your passion for your purpose made infectious in everything you do. You are brilliant bright lights transmitting tremendous energetic signals through your posts and comments and this signal starts from within you.

Growth and massive efforts start with changes within you. Not all of us were born fabulous unicorns but you can shine like one at any age, even in braces.

We start by igniting change within ourselves. Look inside yourself. What's the signal to send?

Transformative Actions: a Lever for Movements

Focusing on the fulcrum of your change allows you to put your energy at the end of the see-saw and move the greatest mountains ahead of you. What gives you leverage over the weight of this challenge? What do you need most? I do this focusing work to help you achieve your goals and you do this work to create something new.

What are you on this planet to do, to make or achieve? Why does it matter?

Transformation and the art of transforming (changing the form of something to create something new) sometimes includes a subtle art of transmutation, a process known to alchemists as changing the fundamental nature of something, like turning lead into gold. This is not only chemistry and metallurgy but also speaks to the heavy challenges we deal with in everyday life. In #RenewParadise response planning and connecting families with RVs, shelters, homes and opportunities for materials and project volunteers we've found tremendous gold in the hearts of people rising from the ashes, working with the melted lives of people who have lost everything at one - home, business, often family and friends too.

Purpose aligns People, Passion, Play, Potential

These arts of transformation and connecting people to the heart are collective, not only individual but shared in our teams and workspaces. We do this work with heads of major companies and answers refine over time: "I'm here to improve lives" or "make the world a better place" are vague attempts to articulate a deeper truth: "make financial freedom accessible to fire victims" or "create rapid XR village site plans to build real worlds".

Sometimes your Massive Transformative Purpose and tribe of Unicorns will surprise you. Be willing to follow playful purpose to find joy and possibilities! When one of our favorite production collaborators became a new quadriplegic this year, we came together with friends to help him return to work using Tobii Dynavox eye gazing tools. This Unicorn hospital party came together as our friends returned the gift after he gave his greenscreen photo booth to parties and events for years. Giving creates bonds that thrive through challenges.

To find your deepest purpose, think about what lights you up. What are you most passionate about? What makes you feel joyful, playful and alive? What potential do you want to open in your life and with the others in your world?
