In the year 2023, we proudly celebrate the 30th anniversary of our company, Siapro d.o.o. Over these three decades, we have consistently upheld our commitment to delivering the highest quality service and products, backed by unwavering persistence in the face of challenges. Today, we stand as an internationally recognized company with a legacy of excellence since our establishment in 1993.

A Growing Team and Expanded Production Facilities

Our journey has been marked by remarkable growth and development. We now boast a team of over 75 highly professional employees dedicated to delivering innovative engineering services and turnkey projects. Our production facilities have expanded significantly, with a total of 3,860 m2 of covered areas. This expansion positions us to double our production capacity in 2023, a testament to our commitment to meeting the evolving needs of our clients.

From Humble Beginnings to Industry Leaders

Our journey began humbly, initially operating as J engineering, exclusively focused on renewable energy sources and hydroelectric power plants. With time, we transformed into Siapro, diversifying our market program to include foundry and metal cleaning with shotblasting. In 2022, our growth extended internationally with the acquisition of Strojrem from Croatia, expanding our offerings to encompass transport systems and advanced automation solutions. Today, as the Siapro Group, consisting of Siapro d.o.o., Strojrem d.o.o., and Siapro Hydro Power GmbH, we stand as one of the industry's leading names.

Diverse Industry Solutions Siapro d.o.o. has consistently delivered turnkey projects across various industries, including:

1. Equipment for metal surface treatment, such as machines for shotblasting, brushing, peening, descaling, and deburring.
2. Hydropower plants and water turbines, capable of generating up to 10MW of clean energy.
3. Foundry equipment and conveyors, encompassing sand preparation, forming machines, core equipment, automatic casting devices, shakeouts, cooling systems, transport solutions, and castings cleaning.
4. Custom-made industrial equipment for automation, robotization, and digitalization of production processes.

Overcoming Challenges and Achieving Milestones

Our path to success was filled with challenges, but we remained resilient and determined. In 2023, a group of young engineers and employees assumed the majority ownership and key leadership roles, ensuring a bright future for Siapro. Our 30-year history reflects a narrative of hard work, an unwavering dedication to quality, and a passionate team committed to excellence. As we look ahead, our commitment to excellence remains resolute, propelling us towards a future filled with even greater accomplishments.

A Milestone Acquisition Strojrem d.o.o.

In April 2022, we achieved a significant milestone by acquiring Strojrem d.o.o., a company with a successful 31-year history in mechanical engineering. This strategic investment, valued at over 2 million EUR, brought substantial benefits to Siapro, including:

• An additional 2,600 m2 of covered production space.
• A 4,200 m2 expansion space for further production growth at the Strojrem location in Križevci, Croatia.
• The addition of 50 professional employees, expanding our Siapro team to 75 people.
• Enhanced capabilities in product design, strengthening our commitment to continuous product development.

The synergy of Siapro and Strojrem's expertise will elevate our service and product quality to new heights, benefiting our valued customers.

Expanding Our Product Range

With the acquisition, we broadened our sales program to include technologies for transporting sheet and bulky materials, particularly in the recycling industry. We now offer turnkey projects using 3D projection tools, encompassing equipment production, installation, and service. Our transport solutions are versatile, catering to various industries, including biomass, alternative fuels, waste management, agriculture, cement production, metallurgy, mining, ports, terminals, and more.

With our expanded production capacities, a reinforced professional engineering team, innovative solutions, and European-made equipment, Siapro is poised to set new standards for high-quality products throughout our sales program. Additionally, our proximity to Zagreb Airport, just a 50-minute drive away, and to Venice airport, just a 120 minute drive away, enhances communication with business partners and customers, facilitating growth and enabling us to explore new markets.
