If you look at anything in this email, make it these 4 posts;

1) Why Timpson's boss lets his employees 'do whatever they want'.

3) What will make or break The Sidemen's new cereal brand launch?

4) The 'Service is Selling' video that broke the internet this week (again).

P.S. If you've ever got value from this email & want to do something kind today, please consider donating to my Dad's 500-mile charity walk.

In other news...

- This week has been VERY busy & tiring! Lots of positives but there were a few tough moments. But I got through it. I remember hearing on a podcast that self-belief is built by proving to yourself you can do tough things that you didn't think you could do. Over & over again. And that's what I'm doing.

Thought for the day

Try reading this quote without gazing into the distance and having a bit of an ‘AHA’ moment:

“We don’t value things; we value their meaning. What they are is determined by the laws of physics, but what they mean is determined by the laws of psychology.”

Read it again (I’ll wait).

This is a quote from Rory Sutherland when talking about the power of ‘perceived value’.

But how can this quote help you?

Increasing the perceived value of what you are marketing allows you to;

1. Charge more 2. Sell more

But HOW do you do it?

I’m not talking about creating something from nothing.

You are already doing the hard work.

You already provide lots of value.

But how often do you SHOW your potential customers the value you provide?

How often do you SHOW them the method behind the madness?

People don’t know the effort, time & resources that goes into you providing your services or manufacturing your amazing products unless you tell them!

What’s better than telling them?

SHOWING them!

Happy Friday!! ❤️
