Excellent read!! João Bocas-. Our survey back in early 2022 uncovered similar interesting perspectives. According to 78% of survey respondents who preferred using digital mental health platforms, one of the major benefactors is that the digital medium offered Confidentiality – Allowing them to avoid uncomfortable waits during office visits. This is an encouraging statistic because more people are now going to seek help through digital platforms.
