5 Reasons For Supply Chain Professionals Not To Miss These FREE Webinars

Having taught APICS and Lean Six Sigma certification classes for over 20 years, I have concluded that most of what is taught is not very effective for supply chain professionals. This is unfortunate, because in my experience there are only a few critical tools and practices that are leveraged constantly in supply chain improvement initiatives. In the meantime, the curricula of these certification programs is mostly irrelevant in the supply chain world. For example, in Lean Six Sigma certification programs, students must learn lots and lots of statistics, which they will never use. It is not surprising, therefore, that a company like Danaher, which is renowned for its lean practices, has developed its own training programs, which are much more direct and focused on a few key practices, such as standard work, kanban and problem solving.

I believe that you will find this webinar series beneficial for the following 5 reasons:

  1. Only the best, most relevant practices have been selected, ones that I have continually leveraged throughout my career in supply chain leadership roles, to deliver large bottom-line and top-line results, in multiple industries. Check out my website to read the many success stories utilizing the practices in this series.
  2. They provide busy supply chain professionals the opportunity to rapidly and cost effectively increase value to their organization and in the marketplace.
  3. These webinars include a powerful, unique blend of disciplines, including supplier management, demand management, inventory management, root cause analysis, kanban, kaizen, Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, business process design and daily management.
  4. I have over 20 years' corporate teaching experience. Click here to read my many testimonials.
  5. Unlike many webinars, the primary purpose of these webinars is to educate, not to sell software.

I hope that you will be able to join me for this exciting professional development opportunity. Check out my website to learn more, including how to register.
