5 Signs You're Wealthy, Even When The Checkbook Says Otherwise

There is no denying there will be changes coming in the coming year. Rates, inventory, and labor have become increasingly volatile.  A lot of us are doing a lot more with less these days. I know it’s not said enough, and, on the surface, it may seem it is ALL about the $$$ but let me let you in on a little secret. The money is simply the tip of the spear and real power lies in having a well-defined and properly operating money mindset. Currency itself will ebb and flow cyclical, just as every other part of your business. There are many more ways to grow your wealth, while not focusing the dollars within the accounts.

Being overwhelmed with options: Do you have so many options which are creating a steady stream of confusion? It’s time to pick a part of our roadblocks. Pray, meditate, and seek wisdom on your different strategy options. Remember your foundations and practice the opportunity for alignment.

You are able to rest at home and most nights get adequate sleep: Is your home your sanctuary?

Remember we control our internal weather: This is especially crucial inside your home. We must be mindful of other members of our household. We are not the only ones affected by external forces beyond our control. Family and self-development should be just as high priority as your business. Care for yourself and care for those closest around you.

Cutting back on luxury goods and or household goods in general: So, you had a great year and bought a big new house. The next step is to fully furnish and decorate, correct? Well, maybe just not so fast. If business has dipped, then go minimal when you need to but make sure you still enjoy the progress. The key is growing but that will require some pruning.

Contemplating a career move by choice: Thinking maybe now is the time to shift your focus and change careers. What an amazing time for you! I hope the current fear you feel brings enough energy to finally make the change you need. Again, I always encourage you to seek wisdom but do not let the unknown and discomfort stop you.

Even when business and/or finances are tough, you still see a life ahead of you: The success of your business does not define you even when it breaks you. So, it didn’t work out. We all don’t sign up to fall on our faces but it happens.

I bet you may not know but in 1923, Babe Ruth struck out more times than any other player in Major League Baseball. He later most famously said, “Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.” Babe Ruth was not afraid to strike out. And it was this fearlessness that contributed to his remarkable career.
