Even if you have a job but want to move up the ladder, you must have a strong CV.
The CV is still an important tool for getting your foot in the door at firms, therefore you should treat it with the utmost respect.
Ensure you stay off these common resume mistakes.
Currently, the primary goal of a resume is to stand out from the competition by being eye-catching, visually appealing, and memorable.

CV Optimization Tip #1: A well-executed photograph
The picture you choose for your resume is quite important, and it should be treated with care.
Choose none of them!
Take a high-quality, well-lit picture of yourself in which your face is visible; you are gazing straight ahead, and you exit with a polite handshake.
If you're going to be in the sun, don't wear anything that blocks your view or casts shadows on you.
If at all feasible, avoid using a full-body photograph.
It's preferable if just the head is visible.
A single picture can be shared across many social media platforms and a blog.
By doing this, you make it easy for someone to do a Google search for you.
Did you know that 82% of recruiters go online to discover more about a prospect after reading a resume?
Do not use a cropped picture of you at a party, with friends, or at a bar, for obvious reasons.
To be taken seriously, you must project an air of professionalism. Don't forget about this.
CV Optimization Tip #2: Personal data
The name, surname, and e-mail address of the person applying for the position should be included in the résumé.
Even though this is a rather self-explanatory statement, there are still those who either forget or misspell it.
In terms of the email, I advise using a professional one.
You should add your first and last name or your initials in your email signature.
Inappropriate or amusing terms should not be added to the email account you have set up for your pals.

CV Optimization Tip #3: Blog and Social Networks
Including a link to your website or blog as well as your professional social media accounts is an intriguing touch.
What do you know if you've studied with us?
The relevance of a blog for careers like community manager, journalist, and publicist is well known.
Then you probably already have one, but if not, I strongly encourage you to get one.
You should also provide relevant material about your field on Twitter and LinkedIn every week.
CV Optimization Tip #4: Title that defines you as a professional
It is possible to include a professional title at the top of your resume or immediately below your name and contact information.
The term "serious, responsible, excellent coworker or with the organizational ability" is not what I am referring about.
Defining oneself isn't the point of this assignment. What you do for a livelihood is more clearly expressed by these "superior keywords."
As an example, if you're a "community manager, SEO and content marketing expert," you can write "community manager."
Priority one should be given to showcasing the skills and attributes that are most closely aligned with the job description and the organization to which you are applying.
CV Optimization Tip #5: Experience
Generally speaking, I recommend that you place job experience ahead of training.
Most importantly, if you've previously worked in the field in which you want to work.
Companies will regard your work experience more than your academic credentials.
Writing it in reverse chronological sequence, beginning with the most recent work completed and working your way backward will give you the best results.
You'd want to draw attention to your relevant work experience by making it bold (for example).
Likewise, you shouldn't disregard employment experience in fields unrelated to the one you ultimately want to pursue. Put them on, or you'll regret it.
If a company sees a gap in one's CV, they will have a negative image of the applicant.
Finally, a Recap
Every time you apply for a new job, you should go over your resume and make any necessary changes.
To be on the safe side, creating several copies of your CV is highly suggested.
Depending on the needs of the firm and the specified specifications, you will focus on one or more functions in each one.
