#5 Weekly Recruiting Prompt: {{Custom 3 email candidate sequence}}

Prompt Summary:

If you are like me, sometimes creating an email from scratch can be a roadblock.

Did you know that sending multiple emails (email sequence) can increase your response rate?

  • A study by SalesLoft found that sending two follow-up emails can increase your response rate by 20%.
  • A study by Boomerang found that sending three follow-up emails can increase your response rate by 50%.

But who has time to send multiple emails? Well, now you do.

You can turn on the email sequence feature on your current tools: Gem, Seekout, HireEZ, etc.

If you are a freelancer, contract recruiter, or work for a cool manager who lets you use your tools, take these affordable but powerful email sequence tools like MixMax.

Okay, back to the prompt.

By adding the job title of the candidate or job that you are supporting, AI tools like Chat GPT, Bard, and Claude can do some persona customizing.

As always, play with the prompt and make it your own.

You can shorten the email length by adding to the prompt, for example, "keep the emails to no longer than 200 words".
