Mike, these are so cool! Just reading them is making me jump up and down. I love this one because it comes from such a powerful place: "When we are no longer able to change a situation, we are challenged to change ourselves." — Victor Frankl. In addition, when speaking of change, I love this one from Bridges: "Deep doo doo – Next 750 miles." Thanks for this nifty job aid.

2yAll these quotes about change are wonderful Mike Horne. As a competitive marketing strategist, I believe every progressive leader must recognize that the ONLY absolute in this world IS change! As we all cope with challenges unimaginable just a few short years ago, the importance of embracing a transformational mindset can’t be overstated. No one knows for sure what the business landscape will be like once we finally emerge “on the other side” from Covid-19. But we DO know with certainty it will be different. I think Peter Drucker summed it up perfectly when he said: “The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday’s logic.”
