56 Tips to Improve Organizational Effectiveness - According to AI

I asked an AI to tell me how CEOs can make their organizations more effective. It generated the following list of 56 actions a CEO can take to improve company effectiveness.

While there are duplicates and some dubious tips, it's a pretty good list for a few seconds of computer time. To make it a great list you would need to supplement the AI's results with judgment and creativity.

And maybe that's the most important tip that it failed to list - use AI to augment and amplify human capabilities.

Here's the list of 56 tips without any editing:

4.     Communicating a clear and compelling vision to employees.

13.  Balancing short- and long-term perspectives.

14.  Being open to new ideas and opportunities.

15.  Being willing to take calculated risks.
