Position: 5S Implementation Specialist (6 Months to 1 Year Contract)

Location: Chandigarh

Work Hours: 9 hours/day, Alternate Saturday Off.

Employment Type: Part-Time, Temporary (On GNT Page Payroll)

Are you an expert in 5S, TPM, TQM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma? Do you have hands-on experience working on shop floors? Here’s your chance to make a real impact!

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement the 5S methodology in two chemical plants.
• Work closely with workers, shift in-charges, and management to train and guide them on 5S practices.
• Drive and sustain improvements to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in 5S implementation on the shop floor.
• Strong knowledge of TPM, TQM, Kaizen, and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams at all levels.
