5S@WORKPLACE IB GROUP .

Recently we attended a detailed training on 5S and now we are in the verge of implementing the same at our work space . Knowing 5S is an excellent process put forth for a person like me , as this methodology is helping me to sort the unsorted , and save timelines which I waste in figuring out things and optimize productivity. What benefits have I got by implementing 5S in both my professional and personal ends :

1. More Organized and less wastage

2. Optimal usage of resources

3. Cleanliness which motivates me to acquire a positive vibe towards my work space/ station.

4. Clutter Free Environment

5. Getting more work done with less effort

6.Improved Attitude - Triggers less Panic and anxiety of losing important and relevant things

7. Less Waste equals to improved Efficiency

8. Reduced space for storage

Few years back I was trained in GETTING THINGS DONE where I designed my Priority Index and trashed the rest which were occupying my mind unnecessarily . While practicing this in Physical I can comment that in order to be "SELF ORGANIZED" and with an improved efficiency there are many factors which might not be directly proportional to my deliverable but surely influence the same . #work #environment #productivity #gettingthingsdone
