We will all exit our business at some stage. The trick is to do it on your terms.
How and when do you want to exit? Do you wish to make money from the sale? What will you do post sale?
Less than 10% of small business owners have an exit plan but given we will all exit, having an end game and a plan to achieve it makes sense.
Here, I am In discussion with Phil Fraser, Business Sound Board and Leeds Business Podcast founder chatting about the process he went through to finally exit his business on his terms.
This discussion sheds light on the process he went through to be ready, he shares what he would do differently in hindsight and talks candidly about life after exit.
