[6/20/22] The Top 7: What Educators Are Reading

“Let’s transform our appreciation of teachers to action,” U.S. Education Secretary Miguel Cardona said as he unveiled a plan to seek $600 million to recruit, support, and retain teachers.

New survey findings show that teachers and principals are, in fact, more stressed than other adult workers.

And a study found that children who’ve had COVID are 3 times as likely as other children to develop mental health problems. Does this explain the uptick in student misbehaviors?
