Let’s get right into it.
I’d like to introduce you to a concept called the 3-Level Funnel
It consists of 3 parts:
Top Level (Cold Audience)
People who have no idea who you are.
They’re seeing you online for the first few times & checking out your brand.
Middle Level (Warm Audience)
People who see you as a relevant & trusted person to solve their problem.
They’re in your audience consuming your content, learning your method, story & what kind of person you are (beliefs, values, opinions)
Bottom Level (Prospects)
People who are connected to your story, sold on your unique methodology & who respect the kind of person you are.
They’re curious to learn about working with you.
They’re checking out your programs, reaching out in the DMs, opting-in for your workshops, or scheduling calls.
When you’re scaling, you want all 3 levels of the funnel working
- The Top Level to grow the audience & add new people to the funnel each day
- The Mid Level to warm & educate the audience to move them closer to buying
- The Bottom Level to convert interested prospects into clients
Here’s what we do at each level.
The Top Level
At this level, people are only willing to commit 3 minutes or less with you.
What they need to move into The Middle Level...
Is seeing that you’re a relevant & credible person worth listening to about solving their problem…
And then choosing to opt-in or follow you to learn more about how you think.
The mistake many make at this level is trying to sell right away.
They’ll promote a Bottom-Level type offer to a Top-Level type audience.
Instead, we focus on keeping our audience growing by running this system:
Cold Audience > Authority Funnel > Warm Audience
The Middle Level
At the middle level, someone is considered “warm” & is willing to listen to you for 5-15 minutes.

At this level, we focus on educating our audience on things that will move them closer to buying:
-Our Credibility: so they see that we can help them
-Our Methodology: so they understand how we’re going to help them
-Our Story & Values: so they feel an emotional connection to us
The mistake that many make at this level is “giving value” without intention.
They’ll post "how-to’s" or educational post - with the hopes that someone will see it & want to buy.
Instead, we focus on intentionally creating content around the things that move people closer to buying
Our Story, Method & Credibility
The system looks like this:
Warm Audience > Intentional Content > Bottom-Level Offer
The Bottom Level
At the bottom level,
They know enough about you that they're now showing interest in working with you.
They’re DMing you, checking out your program, or registering for your workshops.
The focus now is on converting prospects to clients.
At this level, we implement one of the 4 Selling Systems.
-Events (workshops, challenges, etc)
-Phone sales
-DM sales
-Sales Letters (video or written)
The mistake people typically make here is inefficient sales.
-Their event show rate or conversions are low
-They haven’t figured out DM sales
-They have a sales page that never actually converted anyone
So now they still heavily rely on phone sales.
In a nutshell,
A 7-figure business looks like a 3-Level Funnel with all the parts working:
- A Top Level system to grow the audience
- A Middle Level system to warm the audience into becoming hot prospects
- A Bottom Level system to effectively convert the hot prospect into clients
That’s how we scaled our business to 2m in 2022
