7 Steps that I Recommend to Use When Transitioning to an Online Business

  1. Find yourself. Get into the right mindset.
  2. Find your customer by Identifying your niche and target audience
  3. Will it be a product or service? Choose the right platform for your business
  4. Have a place for them to meet. Build a user-friendly but professional design.
  5. Get their ear. Create targeted marketing strategies to reach your audience
  6. Be good to them when they come. Provide excellent customer service and support
  7. Never stop supporting and learning. Continuously evaluate and adapt your business strategy to stay competitive in the market.
