We have our bodies liver, kidneys, and vital organs to thank for processing toxins on the daily. What's concerning is the increase of toxins that we are exposed to, creating a toxic burden and need for detoxification. The toxic burden in the body and can be linked directly to weight gain and increased visceral fat due to the toxins being stored as fat cells.
