8 Habits To Stop feeling Tired & Generate Unstoppable Energy
Are you somebody who is willing and wanting to work hard for your goals and ambitions but after working for some time you feel tired and exhausted? The energy and enthusiasm with which you began the work have diminished, almost vanished? We all face it, to be honest. We make schedules, try following them, still, the consistency, productivity level, and the outcomes we desire are not always reached. What are the few habits which, by incorporating in our schedules we can boost our energy and accomplish more each day:
1. Meditate daily: Activities like meditation, morning walks, exercises that lead you to have a great day and that somehow establish a positive mindset should be done regularly and preferably in the morning, just after you wake up. The energy and positivity that's created inside you during meditation make a big difference for you to work tirelessly the remaining day. Have a fixed time of 10 or 15 minutes whatever you can afford and make sure to give it that amount of time on a regular basis.
2. Fix your sleep schedule: Sufficient sleep and rest are enormously important for you to build up energy to work to your heart's desire the following day. Have a fixed time at which you sleep. Do not negotiate it for anything. Fix your sleep duration (may differ for different people 5 to 8 hours)
3. Healthy Nutrition: 'A healthy mind resides in a healthy body, as the saying goes. It is vital to eat healthily, and eat on time, and eat a balanced diet. Your body needs nourishment to produce energy for work. And eating less oily, freshly cooked, nutritious food surely helps with that.
4. Exercise Consistently: As aforementioned, to have a healthy mind and to be able to have the energy for work, it's important that your physical health is taken care of too. Exercise daily for a few minutes at least. Apart from the physical benefits, it works to relieve stress, releases hormones that make you feel better and energized.

5. Take timely breaks: working, working, and working, your mind and body are exhausted. Take refreshing breaks after regular intervals, resume work again with a fresh mind and better concentration level. During the break, either you may just close your eyes, sit or lie down and relax, or take a short nap, or go out for a short walk, or maybe have snacks, or simply do something that refreshing for you (like singing in my case).
6. Stay busy not in rush: it's okay to not be able to do it all day. Focus on the important and urgent things. Keep busy since an empty mind is the devil's workshop. But don't be so busy to not have time for food and rest. Not so much that the only exercise you have during the day is running from one commitment to the other.
7. Pay attention to your other needs too: Working somewhere relates to financial, professional, and self-esteem needs. To stay happy, energetic throughout the day, your physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual needs should be fulfilled and satisfied too. Spend time with your loved ones or your pets, mediate, pursue your hobby, do what you love.
8. Plan strategically: Plan your day the night before. We may have rigid routines but still each day is different. One day you may have to go to buy groceries, another day to visit a friend, to visit the dentist, some other time to watch a movie and so on. Plan your schedule, tasks, and responsibilities the day prior
