1yFirst comment, how many people would actually waste so much time making toast. Grab bread and butter, jelly, cheese, p-nut butter, etc... plate and knife, and walk over to the toaster. Adjust the settings on the toast so it isn't burnt - while waiting for the toast ask how the customer would like it served, or before the toast is made - and then prepare and serve accordingly. I would fire any employee who held the trash can open while scraping the burnt toast, and I would definitely fire an employee who served a piece of toast that had dropped on the floor. (The 5-sec rule NEVER applies). There are too many wasted minutes in this video to even comment. It would take 2 pages.
