A Letter from the President
The 2023-24 board year is in full swing, and we are so excited for what’s to come.
On Saturday, August 19, our board met up at J.O. Agency for a day chock-full of planning and collaboration. As I shared with the board during our Retreat, there are three “pillars,” if you will, of my presidency: Membership (Re–)Engagement, Board Organization, and Succession Planning.
In line with my first pillar, our first order of business for this year is to re-engage you by providing consistent events. This starts with our upcoming Ad Talk Luncheon on September 20, 2023. Stay tuned for an email from AAF Fort Worth as we finalize plans.

ZTV Fezt is an industry-focused networking event with a brief intro to Simpli.fi’s newest CTV product, ZTV. The event will hold a raffle (Bottle of Blanton's and Hotel Drover Gift Certificate included), drinks/snacks, and headshots. To RSVP, contact ztvrsvp@simpli.fi.
AD 2 DALLAS + AD 2 FORT WORTH HAPPY HOUR

GOVERNMENT REPORT
AAF National sent out a Government Report on 08.03.23 that addresses two privacy bills aimed at teens and youth, updated FTC Endorsement Guides, privacy updates across states, and the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA)'s newly launched beta functionality. View the government report.
AAF CENTRAL REGION CONFERENCE
As members of AAF Fort Worth, you are welcome to attend the 2023 AAF Central Region Conference on 10.20.23 and 10.21.23. The conference will create a platform where everyone can connect, find a unique way to communicate, and celebrate together in what makes our industry great. In the end, we aspire to generate and elevate a positive perception of communication and storytelling to all attendees, while having a great time together. Register here.
