8th Edition - Education, Inspiration and Connection
HOLY GUACAMOLE - here we go!!
The Female Founders Tickets have gone on sale to the waitlist and - MY OH MY - there are only a few tickets left.
The reason I’m sharing this with you, is because a few years ago, there is NO WAY I would have believed that I could sell out an event, let alone organise something as powerful and purposeful as the Female Founders Summit.
There are a few reasons why this has been possible.
It’s mainly down to the communities I have grown, ecosystems that support female founders and give people purpose through the values of:
Education, Inspiration and Connection.
Those are the 3 values of the Female Founders Summit - they are at the core and centre of EVERYTHING the summit stands for - and are the reason for its success.
Over the next 2 months as we lead into the big day on July 7th in Manchester - I will be sharing with you EXACTLY how we have made this possible at Lucienne Coaching, and how you can do the same.
Be sure to look out for your weekly emails as I delve into the deep world of bringing women together, selling out events and positioning myself as a thought leader, which is attracting national recognition and development.
Client News
SHUT THE FRONT DOOR.
The Waitlist all received the secret news on the 1st that our key note speaker this year is none other than the PHENOMENAL Mel Schilling.
Expert psychologist in confidence and connection, Mel is a key figurehead in Married at First Sight; an Australian TV series, which has taken the world by storm.
As our Key Note speaker, she will be sharing navigating the public eye, alongside holding others to account, drawing boundaries and calling out misogynist BS in front of millions of viewers.
Given the intimate nature of the event, you will be meeting Mel and I just know that very special connections will be formed during the day.
You can imagine the market research that’s been going on behind the scenes. Not least of which - **having** to watch Married at First Sight - which my fiancé and we can say we have FALLEN IN LOVE WITH the series, the premise and the fascinating insight into how men and women behave on and off camera, when attempting to grow marriages.
Who’s excited? I know I AM!!!!!!!
The Collective Member Of The Month
Time for me to unveil the Collective Member of the month - this coveted position is chosen by Rae-Anna (our community manager) and in our weekly meetings we watch closely how committed our members are, and love nothing more than showing genuine acknowledgement of those women who are choosing to put their personal and professional development at front and centre of their daily lives.
This month I am proud to announce Jo Ferreday as our spotlight member. Although she is not always able to join us live - we have noticed her showing up in the replays and getting actively involved in her High Performance Growth.
Great work, Jo. You can check her out here
Jo Ferreday is Co-Founder and Managing Director for Sheer Edge a Corporate Hospitality and Events Agency based in Market Harborough.
When asked, what had she gained from being part of The Collective of Extraordinary Women, she said:
"I've been participating for the last month and I have found it a really supportive network. I'd tried to follow high performance processes myself for some time, what I've found really valuable is taking action, setting my intentions and being accountable for them, something I try to do each day/each week but do find having a group coaching call and participation really helps me get things done! Thank you so much for providing such a valuable network."
What I'm Watching
Well I’m obviously watching Married at First sight - which has been an absolute CORKER this year.
But we will take this as a given shall we?
I am also watching, The Power. An amazing insight into what might happen if women were able to actually create impact and real damage to those who hurt and abuse them. It’s been a fascinating watch so far and I have had a FLURRY of mail telling me I needed to watch it. (Thank you to all of you that know me so well!!)
If you’ve seen it - what are your thoughts? What would you do with your Power if you had it in your hands?
What I'm Listening To
I am still listening to Office Ladies - honestly folks - I feel like I am now their bessie.
If you haven't listened go check them out.
What I'm Up To This Month
As well as a couple of additional BBC radio slots this month - (it’s still amazing to me that after years of people telling me to be quiet I am now paid to speak up!!) I have some VERY exciting news in the pipeline around a collaboration with one of Northampton’s most amazing heritage sites.
I will of course be keeping everyone updated - but this is HUGE. I cannot wait to share with you what’s cooking.
A HUGE thanks to those of you (You know who you are) that are coming from far and wide to attend the Northampton Masterclasses, being held at Saints Coffee on St Giles. All proceeds are going to The Lewis Foundation - and we have raised just shy of £500 in the last 4 Masterclasses. You can get your ticket on Eventbrite for the next session, which is all about dealing with conflict.
Difficult conversations can be so much easier to navigate when you’ve learned what I teach in this session.
What's Coming Up At Lucienne HQ
The Female Founders Summit is going to be coming at you left right and centre. To prepare I am heading to a few key events myself, in some cases as a panel member.
I am most excited about heading to The High Performance Podcast Live, and am pleased to say I’ve bagged myself a VIP ticket and have been speaking with Damian Huges personally. My mission is to be invited as a guest - I really want to highlight the differences for women when it comes to High Performance and I think this could be such a phenomenal way to raise awareness.
Okay - HUGE couple of months ahead.
I’m aware that the trajectory of what we are doing at Lucienne Coaching is pretty epic - but I really want my readers to know that I will NEVER lose sight of the importance of grass roots work in developing our communities.
I will continue to fight the fight of making coaching accessible - of growing education in what it means to be a female founder and speaking up when there is injustice.
Coaching has changed the quality of my life more than anything else I have learned or developed. We need more quality coaches - and I will never give up on that mission.
All my love, Lucienne xx
