Recruiters are looking for candidates. But how can you attract attention from a recruiter?

4. Find the right recruiter(s) for your sector.

5. Follow - If cannot connect.

6. Build trust with targeted content.

7. Start conversation before asking for help.

8. Do not comment - View My Profile (instead communicate).

9. Stay focused and invest time on LinkedIn.
