1.automatic control

Automatic Control is that using physical devices to control produced equipment and technics process reasonably under nobody direct intervention. Making the controlled physical quantity be constant or change according to a certain rule.

Automatic Control system is an organic combination of all needed physical components that in order to achieve to one aim.

2.transducer

Transducer is a type of testing equipment that can taste the measured information and convert it to electric signal or other form needed according to a certain rule, then output it, in order to satisfy the request of transmission, disposing, store, display, register, control and so on. It’s the first link of achieving automatic testing and control.

3.temperature transducer

Temperature transducer is a transducer can testing the temperature of object. The approach form of temperature and testing media is divided into two categories: touch and non-touch. Touch temperature transducer need to last heat touch with the test object. The main types of transducer are resistance, thermocouple, PN junction temperature transducer and so on. Non-touch temperature transducer needn’t contact with the media under test.

Through measured the medium of heat or radiation to the spread of temperature sensors in order to achieve the purpose of temperature measurement. This type of transducer is main infrared temperature transducer. The main characteristics of this type are that can measure the temperature of motion state material (such as the exercise of the slow train bearing temperature, a rotating cement kiln temperature) and small heat capacity of Objects (such as temperature distribution in the integrated circuit).

4.humidity transducer

humidity transducer is transducer can testing humidity of object.

Humidity sense organ is the simplest humidity transducer. There are two types: resistance and capacitive. linearity and anti-pollution of Humidity sense organ are poor.

Humidity sensor exposure long-term in environment to be tested when testing the humidity, can easily be contaminated and impact its measurement accuracy and long-term stability.

Humidity transducer integrated that the speed of response is fast and interchangeability, repetitive and anti-pollution ability are well.

5.displacement transducer

Displacement is relation with the volume of movement that location of objects moving process. The transducer of testing the displacement is displacement transducer. Displacement transducer is also called linear transducer which is divided into inductive displacement sensors, capacitive displacement sensors, photoelectric sensor, ultrasonic type displacement sensors, Hall-sensor.

6.gas transducer

Gas transducer is a device that can transmit the information of component, concentration and so on to available information for person, apparatus, computer and so on. Gas transducer is divided three categories based on principle: using physical and chemical properties of gases, such as semiconductor-type catalytic combustion, solid-thermal conductivity; using the physical properties of the gas sensors, such as heat-and light-interference, the infrared absorption.; using of the electrical properties of the gas sensors, such as potential electrolysis type, fixed-electrolyte and so on.
