The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has recovered the two IEDs that Shamsud Din Jabbar, a US Army veteran loyal to the Islamic State terrorist group, placed in the coolers, CNN reported. He drove a pickup truck into a crowd in New Orleans during New Year celebrations, killing at least 15 people and injuring dozens.
