Actions + Accountability = Success on *Your* Terms. See How This Coach Did It

Do you want to create success in your coaching business – on your terms? Scott’s story is worth reading!

Scott, owner of Clear Insights Coaching, has been in the coaching business for ten years. He works with leadership clients across the globe, helping them achieve "harmonic leadership." His coaching style helps clients align their minds and their hearts by creating harmony within so that they can do so throughout their entire organization.

Scott says that when clients start working with him, they begin with certain leadership goals, but don't always realize they are changing the core of who they are during the coaching process; the changes show up in their professional and personal lives.

His advice to coaches out there: Trust the process and listen. The coaching process works. There doesn't have to be anything fancy about it. By listening and observing, coaches learn so much more about their clients than they do by talking. This approach has worked for Scott before and throughout the pandemic.

One of Scott's clients was new to managing a commercial department. In fact, he had no previous commercial experience when they started working together at the beginning ofthe pandemic. After six months, the client created dramatic results in his department, all because of the coaching process. Scott helped his client by strategizing, brainstorming, and refining the next steps during their sessions.

Listening and trusting the process was key to success!

I have known Scott for many years, as a client, colleague, and friend. I asked Scott to join the Quick Start Intensive probably a half-dozen times over the course of two years, and he declined every time. Until one day, he said yes! Scott explained to me that he had been shy on social media in the past, and because his coaching business was working due to referrals, he didn't feel the need to do more.

After months of the pandemic, even though he'd been busier than ever, he thought, "Now is the time to be different. Now is the time to really step it up." He joined one of the QSI groups.

Just six weeks into that group, he was at 75% of his income goal. Scott was ready to take action and lean into an accountability structure that he never created for himself within his own coaching business. He learned that there is a way to have accountability and structure and still create success on his own terms. Scott's endorsement is, "If you want to design a coaching practice that really works for you - Join QSI."

I'm so proud of Scott and all the work he is doing to serve others through his coaching practice.

Like Scott, you too can take the leap into QSI and create a highly profitable coaching business with ease and joy.
