It is impossible to exaggerate how vital adaptation is for general resilience, career success, and personal development. Here are some main arguments in favour of adaptability:

Being flexible enables people to efficiently adjust to change, whether it be a rapid shift in the market, technology developments, or personal obstacles. Because they can maintain composure in the face of uncertainty, those who are adaptable are more resilient and better able to handle unforeseen difficulties.
