Advance Rotating Carriage Sterilizer for Emulsions

Pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities process various products that are different in their form, nature, and characteristic. Therefore, a suitable method for processing these products is adopted that takes care of the process and is simultaneously compatible with the product's nature and characteristics. Sterilization is one of the essential steps in any sterile manufacturing and therefore becomes an integral part of every manufacturing process. Sterilization is involved in different manufacturing stages, from material entry into the clean area to the final product packed in its container.

Different sterilization methods are adopted to process various loads that are diverse in nature and characteristics. For example, garment sterilization is carried out using steam sterilization with vacuum pulses as air/NCG removal from the porous load is vital for effective steam penetration. Whereas the liquid product packed in closed containers requires terminal sterilization using the super-heated water + air overpressure method. As super-heated water takes care of container, air overpressure restricts container deformation due to liquid expansion during sterilization.
