Without rigorous ethical frameworks for testing and deploying agentic AI, businesses risk not only reputational damage but also the potential to lose the trust of the people they aim to serve.
Salesforce addresses ethical concerns for customers like Wiley and Unity Environmental University through a strategy that includes red teaming, adversarial testing, and Trust Testing — designed to help Agentforce better serve globally diverse populations.

Listen: Marc Benioff Talks Agentforce
Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff joined popular podcasts this month to discuss how Agentforce, fueled with 230 petabytes of customer data and metadata, is changing how companies work forever. Here’s what he had to say:
"I was reading feedback from a customer that just turned it on and they were like, 'this must be witchcraft.' I think [Agentforce] is going to change companies forever. I think it's going to change software forever. And I think it will change Salesforce forever.”
“Ask the fundamental question: What if your workforce has no limits? This is really now about humans with agents driving customer success together.”
"I think most of our customers understand they don’t just store their data in Salesforce, but their metadata. And those data cloud customers are also building canonical data models as well, and there’s a whole ecosystem surrounding Salesforce. A lot of innovation, a lot of industry solutions, and wrapped by an incredible global community."
"I just spoke with College Possible, an NGO providing college counseling for high school students. In California, there's only one counselor per 500 students, which isn't scalable. College Possible uses Salesforce to manage all their data, and now has Agentforce to democratize communication, motivating every student to pursue college.”

2wGreat, insightful easy read👏🏿👏🏿
'this must be witchcraft' - maybe so, but it requires a certain amount of courage and commitment from many companies that, while using Salesforce and paying considerable amounts for its licenses, do not take on the challenges associated with implementing Agentforce.
