How it works…
You have a problem where team members are not proactive to solve issues and you need to lead them to be innovators. You explain your situation to the Global Mentor Exchange AI. The AI then asks you questions related to your problems. Upon confirmation, the AI generates a simulated scenario where people wait to be told what to do. You try to solve the problem, you fail, in fact, looks like you made things worse because the team feels you are judging them.
The AI Mentor steps in to give you insights into your approach, you understand, you try again. This time, people listen, but there is no change. The AI steps in and gives you new insights and information. This time a few are inspired and take small steps in being proactive. But the majority is still unaffected. The AI now steps in and asks you some questions about what you noticed and provides insights on why you succeeded and why others are still not moving. You now leverage the success and learnings to get others involved. You have more success and each time the AI is coaching you to achieve better results until the entire group except one person is positively influenced.
But what happens as time passes, as you fast forward, you see the same patterns reoccurring and people going back to the way they were, but with the AI mentor, you know why this will happen and can prevent a future of certain DOOM!
