AI-Powered Early Access Program

AI-Powered Early Access Program

Early Access to Copado AI

Day 2 at Dreamforce and you are probably asking yourself, How do I get access to Copado AI?

The intersection of AI and DevOps is transforming the way organizations build, test, and release software. As Copado continues to push the boundaries of innovation, the AI-Powered Early Access Program marks a pivotal step in delivering next-generation solutions to our customers. This chapter delves into the details of the program, which is designed to give select customers a first look at our AI-driven DevOps tools, gather valuable feedback, and refine our offerings in preparation for a broader market launch.

The Early Access Program (EAP) serves as an exclusive opportunity for 45 strategically chosen customers to explore the full capabilities of the Copado AI platform. This initiative is focused on helping these early adopters unlock the potential of AI in their DevOps processes while allowing Copado to fine-tune the product based on real-world use cases and insights.

Key features of the program include:

Access to All Five AI Agents: Participants will have access to the full suite of AI Agents—PlanAgent, BuildAgent, TestAgent, ReleaseAgent, and OperateAgent. These tools are designed to automate tasks, provide intelligent recommendations, and enhance collaboration across the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Unlimited Users and Workspaces: To ensure maximum engagement, the program allows for unlimited users and workspaces, enabling organizations to fully integrate AI into their DevOps workflows and test its impact on a broad scale.
Focused Customer Selection: The 45 customers chosen for this program represent a mix of industries, business sizes, and DevOps maturity levels. By targeting a diverse group, we aim to gather comprehensive feedback that will shape future enhancements and ensure the platform’s relevance across different environments.

The goal of the Early Access Program is not just to introduce new technology but to create meaningful partnerships with our customers, empowering them to achieve new levels of efficiency and innovation while guiding the evolution of Copado AI.

Success Metrics: Driving Adoption, Usage, and Onboarding Speed

For the Early Access Program to be successful, we set clear and measurable objectives that align with both customer needs and our product development goals. These success metrics will guide our efforts throughout the program and ensure that we deliver tangible value to participants.

Customer Adoption: One of the primary goals is to achieve broad adoption across the 45 participating organizations. We aim to fully onboard these customers within 30 days, ensuring that they can quickly start using the AI Agents in their daily workflows.
Prompt Usage: A key metric for measuring engagement is the number of AI prompts generated by each customer. Our target is to triple the number of prompts used compared to the baseline during the early stages of the program. This metric will help us assess the platform’s usability and the extent to which it enhances productivity.
Onboarding Speed: Fast and seamless onboarding is critical to the program’s success. We’ve set an ambitious goal of having all participating customers fully operational within one month. To achieve this, we will provide tailored support, guided onboarding sessions, and comprehensive resources to ensure a smooth transition.

By focusing on these metrics, we can track the effectiveness of our AI solutions, identify areas for improvement, and accelerate the broader rollout of the platform.

Program Timeline: From Activation to Dreamforce Launch

Timing is crucial to the success of the Early Access Program.

September 17: Dreamforce Launch The program culminates with the public unveiling of the AI platform at Dreamforce 2024. This event will showcase the success stories and learnings from the Early Access Program, highlighting the transformative impact of Copado AI. The general availability (GA) launch will follow, making the platform accessible to a broader audience.
October 31: End of Early Access Program The Early Access phase concludes at the end of October, giving us ample time to gather final feedback, implement improvements, and prepare for the next wave of customer onboarding. This phase will also include in-depth evaluations to ensure that all success metrics have been met and that the product is ready for full-scale deployment.

This timeline is designed to maximize the value delivered to early adopters while positioning Copado AI as the leading solution in the market by the time of its GA launch.

Looking Ahead: A New Era of AI-Driven DevOps

The AI-Powered Early Access Program is more than just a product preview—it is a strategic initiative that lays the foundation for the future of DevOps. By engaging with forward-thinking customers, refining our AI capabilities, and launching at a high-profile event like Dreamforce, we are setting the stage for Copado to lead the industry in AI-driven software delivery.

As we move closer to the GA release, we remain committed to delivering solutions that are not only innovative but also aligned with the real-world needs of our customers. The insights and feedback from this program will be instrumental in shaping the next chapter of Copado AI, ensuring that our platform continues to empower teams to build, test, and release with confidence.
