Spend 1 hour to hire the right person, 10 hours to train and groom that right person, so you can focus the rest of your time on doing what you do best! You might not consider it vital when you have only begun but wait until you see the benefits. Networking with the right set of people will almost always lead you to an apt business opportunity, a potential collaborations and answers to your problems as well. Take time to socialize for your business. It works wonders.
5) Good content will go a long way:
Make use of technology to get the word out. Nobody can tell your story like you do. Make sure you own your social pages, your website and create valuable content to develop a community around your business. Meaningful and engaging conversations lead to phenomenal brand recall and leadership positioning.
