All I Want For Christmas Is...

Dear LinkedIn Algorithms (and the fine folks who program them),

Can we talk? As we approach 2025, I’ve been reflecting on how I can better reach the incredible people out there who need my advice, guidance, and occasional dad jokes.

But there’s just one tiny issue:

You, LinkedIn Algorithm, seem to think that I’m content speaking to the same delightful crowd of my current network—and while they’re wonderful, I know there are more people who need to hear what I have to say.

Here’s the thing. I help athletes transition from their sport to their next great career. You know, the one where they discover that the same grit, determination, and resilience that made them champions on the field can make them champions in the business world, too.

And yes, I also guide them on becoming more business-savvy even while they're still playing. Because who doesn’t want to be known as the MVP and the person who can read a P&L sheet like a pro?

But that’s not all! I’m also involved with cutting-edge sports technology and health and wellness products that can make a real difference. Products that don’t just sit on the shelf looking cool but actually help people—like NeuroGuard+, the mouthguard of the future that’s tackling neuroprotection and enhancing performance at the same time. (Yes, it’s as impressive as it sounds.)

So here’s my plea: Can we tweak things so more current and retired athletes, sports industry executives, and other forward-thinking professionals get exposed to all the work I’m doing? They’re out there, scrolling, and I’m here, typing furiously with fingers crossed that this post reaches them.
