On Friday, April 16, 2021, we hosted one of our quarterly certification days - a ritual we have where we close down shop and ask our entire company to fully focus on professional development.

Meet Dominique Phillips, SmartBug's New Director of People Ops
For the second month straight month, we've added another key team member to SmartBug. Dominique Phillips will serve as our Director of People Ops. Phillips is tasked with continuing to build upon our wonderful culture and people.
