Priyanka started her professional journey in Dubai in 2017 with one of the city’s leading real estate developers. Starting out in sales, it wasn’t long before her career path took a turn to Human Resources (HR).

Her knack for understanding people, coupled with her experience in a fast-paced sales environment, gave her the perfect foundation to build a successful career in talent acquisition and management.

Priyanka’s career truly soared when she joined Allegiance Real Estate in 2021 as the HR Manager, a role that allowed her to bring her unique perspective to the growing company. It didn’t take long for her dedication and leadership qualities to shine.

Since joining Allegiance, she has overseen remarkable growth in the employee count, driving recruitment efforts for international branches across the globe. Her outstanding performance led to her promotion to Assistant Vice President and now she has taken on the role of Vice President- Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.

Outside of the corporate world, she is an Instagram Influencer. Priyanka has also gathered several accolades including ‘Mrs. India 2019’, a title that not only showcased her grace and confidence but also highlighted her as a role model for women across the country.
