Already a month... My first book in Turkish, The Leader Within Me hit the shelves in December 2019.

I am so happy to share highlights about my book The Leader Within Me with my English speaking network and I hope to share developments regarding the English version soon. This book draws from my 25 years of international business experience as an executive and an executive coach in Europe, Turkey and Middle East. 

About this book:

Leadership skill has become a skill sought not just in senior executives but in employees at almost all levels. The world is now run by the skill of cooperation to smartly utilize information and communication and turn it into a value for humanity. Achieving success and creating value in this matrix depends on our ability to establish positive relationships with ourselves and our surroundings and to effectively utilize our time, knowledge, labor and intrinsic skills.

The Leader Within Me points out that everyone has a talent waiting to be discovered.
