Amazing journey, Great caravan !!! Thank you, my fellow travelers.

It was a day of surprises and it turned out to be a memorable day today. My team sprang a surprise to celebrate my 20 years at Microsoft. My family also got inluded in the celebration. Honestly, I was not even thinking of this milestone in the morning. Thank you, my team, for making it a fantstic day for us.

I went back to reflect a bit on this journey. Technology trends change. Buzzwords come and go. Organization structures change almost every year. Managers do not remain the same. The teams change constantly. The nature of problems we solve takes different shapes. Perspectives change. We measure and, more often than not, achieve success on our business and strategic goals. I have been there, seen it, and done all of that.

What has made this journey so enjoyable and amazing is the people who have been part of this journey. Thank you my fellow travelers over the last 20 years at this amazing company... my team mates, peers, managers, leaders, peer-turned managers, manager-turned-peers, team-members-turned-peers, mentors, mentees, coaches, admins, recruitment and HR partners, finance and other support staff. You all have contributed a lot to my success. THANK YOU. And, thanks to this amazing company which gave me the opportunity to work with such great people. I am grateful that I been part of your journey as well.

There have been many Hit Refresh moments in this journey and, as I complete 20 years, I am in serious thnking mode for another Hit Refresh. Let's see what comes ahead.
