Very interesting timing and strategy. It's more of the Union Parasitic mindset. I managed Teamsters for 5 years, and it would take 20 Teamsters to do the work of 8 motivated employees. If I had a new Teamster show up with a Monkey Wrench and a "stick it to the man" attitude that person was a lifer. If I had a motivated employee show up with a can-do attitude and a toolbox full of Snap-On tools, he would soon be gone as he could not deal with the Union Rock on your butt mindset. My observation of all unions is a reward to reward the low achievers and penalize the go-getters while bleeding companies and America out.

Good. I hope this sends a message to amazon to do better by their workers, who do everything.
