The results, covering the period ending in August, vividly illustrate the positive outcomes AMC Health has achieved.

According to Zhao's findings, the relative mortality rates for our programs are truly exceptional — a 68% decrease for heart failure, a 70% reduction for chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder, and a 69% drop for hypertension when compared to controls. These controls mirror a similar patient profile, underscoring the significant positive impact of AMC Health interventions.
