Welcome to our June edition of the Amerigo Newsletter! This month finds the school year wrapping up at our campuses. Read on for more updates.

Congratulations to the Amerigo Class of 2023! This year, seniors received 380+ acceptances, including:  

  • 11 US Top 30 Acceptances  
  • 85 US Top 50 Acceptances 
  • 287 US Top 100 Acceptances 
  • $2,357,500 in Scholarships Awarded 
  • Acceptances to elite universities, including UCLA (#20), Emory University (#22), New York University (#25), University of Southern California (#25) and many more!

  • We’re excited to announce Amerigo’s newest partnership with Villanova Preparatory School, an elite co-ed boarding school in Ojai Valley, California. A recording of the recent Villanova Training Session is available here, and a One Pager brochure is available here.  

Amerigo Canada Updates

  • Students at Fort Erie Academy recently participated in the Rankin Run for Cancer to raise awareness. They also joined in the school’s Fun Fair, which included activities and community bonding. Seniors will be graduating in mid-June – all with university offers!  
  • Villanova College students took part in the Annual House Olympics Event in late May, where students of all grades came together to play games and engage in friendly competitions – including Tug o’ War, a water balloon toss and more.  
  • International students at Regent Christian Academy took a recent field trip to visit Victoria, with more field trips coming up to see beautiful British Columbia. The trips are a much needed break as students wrapped up the busy school year!

  • Engineering students at Saint John’s High School have been learning about building circuits on break boards, designing, building and testing working mechanical hand prosthetics.  
  • The school adopts the Project Lead the Way Program in the Engineering Department, offering a wide range of courses, ranging from Engineering Essentials to Civil Engineering and Architecture.  
  • At the end of each course, students take an End-of-Course (EoC) assessment test. Depending on students’ test performance and overall grades, they may be eligible to receive college credit from the Rochester Institute of Technology!
