As CRO, Steve will be responsible for employing client-first strategies to revenue growth. Steve joins Analytics8 at a pivotal time, affirming our commitment to being the premier choice for our clients as well as the best data team they will ever work with. Steve’s wealth of industry experience, inspiring career journey, and achievements in his past executive roles will undoubtedly prove invaluable to our mission.  

Hiring a CRO who is an industry veteran and who also embodies the company’s values was a deliberate and strategic move by our CEO, David Fussichen . Steve’s positive energy, life-long track record of facing and overcoming challenges, and his coaching leadership is an asset to our organization.  

When asked why he chose Analytics8 for his next career leap, Steve spoke highly of the early impressions our CEO and the executive team made during the interview process: “From the first conversation, I was genuinely impressed with the A8 Leadership team. This is a team that is switched on and focused on the prize. They think big and dream big. The opportunity to come in and drive the revenue function to the next level and beyond was too compelling. I gravitated to this new challenge, like water, to a new sponge!” 

Steve’s favorite saying “Slow is smooth and smooth is fast” highlights his approach to decision making. It is a principle he is derived from his family’s history of military service — a philosophy that emphasizes thoughtful action over rushed judgement.  

Outside of his professional work, Steve cherishes time with his family and his toy poodle puppy in sunny Florida.
