Announcing the Launch of Kandola & Gow Legal

We (Amrit Kandola and Cam Gow) are thrilled to announce the launch of Kandola & Gow Legal.

Kandola & Gow Legal is a legal consultancy focusing on advising small businesses, start-ups and scale-ups.

We both trained in private practice before moving in-house to advise and negotiate against some of the world’s most impressive companies. And over time, we have observed that:

1.     Clients of all sizes value lawyers with in-house experience because working in-house requires a deep understanding of the client’s business, pragmatism, efficiency and an ability to weigh up commercial as well as legal risks.

2.     Traditional law firms have significant overheads, the costs of which are passed onto clients, leading to inflated fees. In recent years "New Law" alternatives have offered more flexibility, but they too are a sub-optimal solution for many businesses.

3.     Small businesses, including start-ups and scale-ups, face cost and complexity barriers to obtaining sound commercial legal advice, particularly in relation to business-critical contractual arrangements.

Kandola & Gow Legal has been established to address these issues and offer a fresh approach.

Through our expertise, we know the importance of balancing commercial and legal risks, as well as the barriers small businesses face in obtaining sound legal advice for crucial contractual matters. We are confident that this understanding enables us to play a key role in helping your business thrive.

In the coming days and weeks we’ll be telling you more about our unique approach, the sectors we have worked in, what we’ve learnt, and our vision for Kandola & Gow Legal.

We invite you to reach out to us individually or by dropping us a line at hello@kandolagow.legal to learn more about how we can help you.

Follow to join us on our journey and take a look at our website: www.kandolagow.legal.

We are so excited to connect and discuss how we can support you.

Cam and Amrit.
